You would think there are at least a few Americans who deserve the Liberty Medal more than Mikhail Gorbachev. And, of course, there are. Geez, they even gave one to Jimmy Carter of all people.
And typical AP giving Gorby credit for “his role” in ending the Cold War. Liberals still fight the fact that Ronald Reagan was the “grand old warrior” whose leadership ended the Cold War.
